Really good Stay, A Truly Nice Experience

The breakfast buffet was abundant, it provided a great assortment of choices, and I found the coffee very satisfying (especially the cappuccinos!). The hotel offered complimentary hot beverages all day, a thoughtful touch after long days exploring. The hotel's location, near major attractions, made sightseeing very easy. The staff were cute and helpful.

The room I occupied had slightly limited space around the bed, which required a bit of maneuvering.

The room felt smaller than i expected, it was a classic double or twin room. also, the temperature was not ideal. It was too warm. i could not adjust it easily! a broken roof shutter added to the discomfort, and the mattresses felt too firm. the overall experience was lessened by these issues, but i'm hoping they will be adressed.

the minibar was not working properly it did not cool drinks adequately. the breakfast buffet was often crowded and difficult to navigate especially during peak hours. finding a free table required some patience and waiting. the variety of pastries and bread was limited on certain mornings. replenishment of popular items like fresh fruit was sometimes slow.
